April 1st - Do the lesson on Generic Intervals. Then do the quizlet study set review and test on Intervals. After taking the test, take a screenshot of your score and email to [email protected]
April 2nd - Do the lesson on Specific Intervals. Then do the quizlet study set review and test on Specific Intervals. After taking the test, take a screenshot of your score and email to [email protected]
April 3rd - Do the lesson on Writing Intervals. Then do the activity on Interval Construction. Do at least 10 of these. When pleased with your score, click the 3 dots in the top right corner and select progress report. Sign the report and hit copy link. Send the link to [email protected] for score to be recorded. You may also take a screen shot to send as well.
April 6 - Do the lesson on Introduction to Chords. Then do the studyset review and test on Major and Minor Chords.

April 17th - Do the lesson on More Seventh Chords. Then on a sheet of paper list the 3 additional types of 7th chords you have learned as well as what they are made of.
April 20th - Do the lesson on Triad Inversion. Then on a sheet of paper answer: What is an inversion? Other than root position, how many inversions can there be of a triad?
April 21st - Do the lesson on Seventh Chord Inversion. Then on a sheet of paper answer: Other than root position, how many inversions can there be of a seventh chord? When inverting, which note moves up?

May 15th - Choose someone over the age of 30 to interview about their musical experience. Ask them what music they listened to in high school. What was their favorite song in high school? What music was popular? What music do they like now? What is their favorite song now?
May 18th - Discover some new music by listening to an episode of the podcast Song Exploder. Click here to visit songexploder.net. You may choose any episode you wish. Simply listen to the podcast and the music. Then write a short summary of what the episode was about and what you learned as well as your impression of the music.
